Right next to the Hotel lies the Valley of the Mills, characterized by the abundance of water, which is rare because of the karst nature of Asiago, and that, in the past, has made it an ideal territory for the construction of windmills.
In its first part the valley is named after the creek that runs through it , the Covola , and when walking through it will be like going back in time : for paths where stand mills and wash houses in the past used for grinding grains and tanning hides . ( Denis Lunardi photos )
